What are your minimum orders?

With all our custom made aprons, we have minimums of 10 units. All orders and re-orders are made to order at 10 units at a time. We don't hold stock. This is very low for this industry and we only put minimums of 10 units due to our local fabric suppliers minimums which we have to abide by as we like to support local businesses like us. 

 

What is the standard turnaround time for the custom aprons?

We're usually booked up 2-4 weeks in advance. We always aim to get orders out as soon as possible but due to our HIGH DEMAND the standard turnaround time would be 4-5 weeks. If you need some earlier, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship all orders via standard post Box/Parcel via Australia Post.

Domestic - Depending on your stated average shipping time is around 6-10 days.

UNITED STATES - Depending on which city/state your based in. Shipping time is around 7-21 days.

 

What fabrics do you use?

We tend to use mainly poly/viscose and poly/cotton fabrics due to there durability. We also use A grade Denim fabrics as well mainly for there look and demand.

 

What is the best fabric for wash and wear? Overall best performance?

Poly/viscose. They wash up well. Barely have to iron them. Sit well on the person wearing the apron. Keeps it colour. They the best option in our experience.

 

Can I modify the length of my aprons for my order?

Yes. Most of the time people will add no more than 5 inches to the apron or take off 2-3 inches. If your adding more than 5 inches there way be additional charges. Just state how much you wish to take off or add to the aprons in the comment section when ordering.

I'm in the UNITED STATES. Do I have to pay sales tax or any other charges when my goods arrive?

 

Does CONTRAST STITCHING/DIFFERENT COLOURED STITCHING cost any extra?

No. It's a feature that will make your apron pop with no additional cost. 

 

What is the most popular apron design?

The most popular design we have is our MANHATTAN CLIP CROSSOVER APRON DESIGN. It not only looks great, but it allows you to detach the straps using premium upholstery grade clip studs. The crossover design allows the wearer to adjust the apron with easy at any time in just a few seconds.

 

What is the most popular pocket design?

The SIDE POCKET PEN DIVIDER is our most popular choice. It no only looks cool and is placed off on the side like a normal pocket on pants allowing easy access but will fit your handheld notepad and pens with ease.

 

Are all your aprons really manufactured in Australia?

Yes. Our family business has been manufacturing aprons in our Northcote premises for over 86 years. We manufacture the aprons here so we can control the quality of the aprons we manufacture.

 

I've ordered my aprons. Can I change my mind about the apron design and colour scheme?

If we haven't yet cut out your order, yes. However if we have started the manufacturing process you won't be able to change the design or colour scheme. Once you have placed your order, we won't offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Only on goods that are deemed faulty after an inspection processed by us.

 

I'm not too sure about which design to choose and the colour scheme. Can I get your recommendations and help?

Of course. You can contact us via email if you are having trouble coming up with a design and colour scheme. We are more than happy to help pick a design and colour scheme you like and fits into the décor of your restaurant/café.
